C.A.L.L. (Community Advice & Listening Line) offers confidential emotional support and information/literature on mental health and related matters to the people of Wales.
Helpline opening hours are
Monday - Friday 10am-2pm and 7pm-11pm
Saturday and Sunday Noon-Midnight

Samaritans provides confidential non-judgmental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.
