Health Challenge Pembrokeshire has supported a number of longer-term projects that have helped to deliver key parts of the Health Challenge Pembrokeshire strategy, with money from its Healthy Lifestyle Fund.

Projects have included

• Primary Care Counselling Service in Pembroke and Pembroke Dock
• Accessibility Planning for Health and Well-being
• Study to research the possibilty of developing access opportunities to health and well-being services via a 24 hour call centre, text messaging services, digital TV and email
• Oral health and nutrition project - a range of oral health promotion initiatives, aimed at reducing incidents of oral disease and dental trauma were developed as part of this project  
• Healthy Pre School Scheme
• Food and Healthy Lifestyle Promoter
