Carers Handbook

The carers handbook is full of information about a whole range of topics, and includes useful telephone numbers of organisations that may assist you. All of the organisations mentioned in this pack are there to help so do not be afraid to contact them.

The handbook has been produced with the assistance of a cross section of carers and organisations including Pembrokeshire County Council, PAVS, Pembrokeshire Carers Outreach, Pembrokeshire Crossroads, Alzheimers Society, Age Concern Pembrokeshire and Paul Sartori Foundation.

It is intended that this handbook will be updated annually. If you are aware of other agencies that provide assistance or information and which should be included, please e-mail Melanie.richards@pembrokeshire.gov.uk
